With the Company's vision as the benchmark, annual training starts from annual operating strategies through interviews with managers and needs and planning of organization and manpower development and is promoted in accordance with the four types of training: special projects, training by positions, professional training, and general training.

We have continually obtained the TTQS Silver Medal from the Council of Labor Affairs and opened career mental hygiene courses by using resources provided by the government to look after both expertise and physical and mental development of employees.

We established the group training center equipped with video teaching devices and facilities and introduced the digital learning platform system. With diversified training activities, we hope to offer comprehensive training resource to all employees to improve their competitiveness and create a win-win prospect.
